Job Summary:

Seeking hands-on experience in US Mortgage Servicing, specifically Escrow.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong understanding of US Mortgage Escrow processes, including escrow setup, maintenance, disbursements, and annual escrow analysis.
• Knowledge of RESPA regulations, tax/insurance escrow requirements, and industry compliance standards.
• Familiarity with shortage/surplus calculations, escrow projections, and account adjustments. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of working effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.

Education and Experience

• 2 plus years of US Mortgage Servicing experience, preferably in Escrow Operations
• Flexibility to work night shifts and support extended hours/weekends when required.
• CTC: 5.5 LPA max
• Mode: WFH
• Education: Graduation is mandatory
