Job Title: US Mortgage Loan Closer
Shift: Night Shift (US Working hours)

Summary:
The Loan Closer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely closing of mortgage loans. This role involves preparing closing documents, coordinating with all required parties, and verifying compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and company policies. The Loan Closer works to provide a smooth and seamless closing experience for borrowers & sales team, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and review all loan closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and loan terms.
- Verify all PTD conditions are met, including underwriting, title, and appraisal requirements.
- Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, escrow agents, and other stakeholders to schedule closings.
- Confirm loan details such as interest rates, loan terms, and closing costs, ensuring alignment with loan estimates and disclosures.
- Prepare and deliver closing packages, including notes, deeds of trust, and other required documentation.
- Balance final figures with settlement agents.
- Review executed closing packages to confirm completeness and accuracy before funding.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including TRID, RESPA, and TILA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including loan processors, underwriters, and loan officers, to resolve any issues that may delay closing.
- Monitor and manage the closing pipeline to meet production goals.
- Address post-closing issues and conditions and assist in resolving any discrepancies or follow-up items.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of mortgage loan closing experience. (Front end & Live)
- Knowledge of residential mortgage loan products, closing processes, and regulatory requirements.
Language Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Ability to interpret loan documents, policies, and procedures with attention to detail.
- Strong email etiquette and customer service skills.
