Associate / Senior Associate - Credit Documentation (Mortgage Documentation Team)

Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure that credit and security documentations are in compliance with the company's guidelines and policies for loan disbursement.
• Liaise with external business partners like lawyers, suppliers, developers and contractors as well as internal stakeholders to facilitate loan disbursement.
• Provide administrative support for other functions like preparation of Letters of Offer and managerial reports.
• Opportunity for cross training to gain greater exposure across various loan products.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Banking & Finance or Law or its equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (especially written English)
• Meticulous, driven and a fast learner
• Highly motivated team player with ability to work under stress
• Proficient in MS Office applications

.Candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience will also be suitably considered. Remuneration and corporate rank will commensurate with experience.
