This is a full-time, on-site role for a Moodle Tech Lead based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Moodle Tech Lead will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining Moodle Learning Management Systems (LMS). Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and deploying Moodle plugins, integrating third-party tools, managing performance and scalability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and addressing technical issues. You will also mentor team members and ensure alignment with best practices in Moodle architecture and deployment.

• Strong knowledge of Moodle development, customization, and plugin development
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Moodle configuration and development
• Experience with API integration and third-party tool compatibility for Moodle platforms
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems concepts and e-learning workflows
• Problem-solving skills with expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing Moodle environments
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience leading technical teams or managing Moodle development projects
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Experience with scalable architecture for high-volume user environments is a plus
• Familiarity with AI or Blockchain-related technologies is beneficial
