Montessori Elementary Educator

Hive Montessori is a Montessori school serving children from toddlers to Adolescents. We are committed to fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in our students. We are seeking a passionate Montessori Elementary Educators with or without experience. This position is for our Anna Nagar campus.

Pre-requisite: Must have love for children.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain a rich, developmentally appropriate Montessori environment.

2. Deliver lessons in all curriculum areas using Montessori materials.

3. Observe, assess, and document student progress.

4. Foster a culture of independence, responsibility, and respect.

5. Communicate effectively with parents and staff.

6. Collaborate with fellow guides, assistants, and administrators.
