Monitoring And Evaluation Specialist

We're hiring M&E & Insights Analytics Associates to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai and it's a genuinely interesting role if you're someone who loves turning messy data into something that actually means something.

You'll be working across school and community programmes, running baseline to endline data collection, analysing survey and field findings, and building the kind of reports and dashboards that people actually use to make decisions. It's a field-based role with real analytical weight to it, not just number-crunching, but translating findings into recommendations that shape what we do next.

What you'll be doing.

Designing and managing data collection processes. Analysing quantitative and qualitative information from surveys, assessments, and field activities. Creating clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders. Coordinating with field teams, schools, and community partners. Documenting case studies and programme outcomes, writing authentically, originally, no AI, none. 

Hindi, English equally fluent, Marathi too Great. 

What we're looking for.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Comfortable working with large datasets and survey data. Solid Excel and Google Sheets skills, visualisation tools are a yes! Good communication and the ability to make data meaningful for different audiences. Experience in analytics, M&E, research, consulting, or impact assessment is preferred, but we're open to strong candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Nice to have.

Design skills or experience with design platforms. Salesforce knowledge. Kannada language skills (we're also hiring for a similar role in Karnataka).

You'll need to be based in Mumbai and happy commuting to Andheri and/or from where you live to the field. This is not office-based, 300/365 days a year you'll be outside figuring something out.
