As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner with expertise in MongoDB, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MongoDB and other configured services running on various platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MongoDB and other configured services running on various platforms.

- Implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.

- Provide hardware/software support and perform L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in MongoDB.

- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other databases like MySQL, Oracle, etc.

- Experience in implementing and maintaining MongoDB in a production environment.

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MongoDB.

- Knowledge of operating systems like Linux, Windows, etc.

- Experience in hardware/software support and L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MongoDB.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
