We are seeking a skilled MongoDB Database Administrator with strong cloud and SQL expertise to manage and optimize mission-critical database environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas, cloud platforms, and database performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, monitor, and maintain MongoDB databases, including MongoDB Atlas environments.
- Manage cloud-based database infrastructure and support cloud migration and transformation initiatives.
- Perform database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization for both MongoDB and SQL/PLSQL systems.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Percona, Grafana, and MonYog to ensure database health and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production database issues in high-availability environments.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database reliability, scalability, and security.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in MongoDB administration and MongoDB Atlas.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and relevant certifications preferred.
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL with strong troubleshooting and tuning skills.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Percona, Grafana, and MonYog.
- Experience in cloud migrations and database transformations.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
