Role: L3 MongoDB Engineer (Enterprise)
Experience: 5–6 Years

Key Responsibilities
· Design, install, configure, and manage MongoDB Enterprise clusters using Ops Manager
· Deploy and operate Replica Sets and Sharded Clusters via Ops Manager
· Manage backup, restore, point-in-time recovery (PITR) using Ops Manager
· Perform performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization
· Implement enterprise security:
o TLS/SSL
o Authentication & RBAC
o Encryption at rest & in transit
· Configure monitoring, alerts, and dashboards in Ops Manager
· Perform production troubleshooting and root cause analysis
· Work with DevOps teams to automate MongoDB provisioning and upgrades
Mandatory Skills
· 5–6 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB Enterprise (Production)
· Strong hands-on with MongoDB Ops Manager:
o Cluster provisioning
o Backup & PITR
o Monitoring & alerting
o Rolling upgrades
· Experience with:
o Replication & Sharding
o Performance tuning
o DR/Failover
· Experience in Banking/Financial domain
· Strong Linux administration
