• Design complex systems and modules
• Build and ship features and fixes
• Develop, unit test, instrument and deploy code
• Review code and design
• Ensure your code is clean, secure
• Collaborate, brainstorm with colleagues and guide junior team members
• Keep learning in your chosen area
• Support your product and debug complex scenarios
• Speak to customers / prospects

Candidate Attributes:

We are the perfect match if you...

Have 5-7 years of experience OR Lead a team having 8-12 years of experience in:

Full stack experience and strong in either backend or frontend

Frontend - expertise in React

Backend - expertise in any one of Javascipt, Python, Java, Golang, Elixir, etc. Youre someone who is looked up to in your organization and outside.

Experience working with relational databases - Postgres or MySQL. Ability to performance tune DBs and Queries

Experience with highly scalable production systems. You have shipped at least one such product in your career

API design skills

Strong Skill / Experience in OOP or FP with clean coding (SOLID principles) skills

Strong debugging skills

Understanding of containers and tools like Docker

Established experience in working with cloud service preferably on GCP or AWS

Application of design patterns at work

Experience with Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis, etc

Understanding of Search systems like Elastic

Clear, unambiguous communication, both written and verbal

• Good to haveKnowledge of NoSQL systems like Mongo
• Contributions to open source
• Experience working with AI APIs and tools
