Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP MM/WM module design, support, and enhancements.
  • Expert in SAP S/4HANA – Procurement, Inventory, Logistic Invoice Verification.
  • Handle complex scenarios: Domestic/Import Procurement, Subcontracting, Stock Transfers, Capital Purchase, etc.
  • Integration experience with PP, QM, SD, PM, FICO.
  • Manage MRP, Taxation (GST/VAT), Quota/Vendor Evaluation, Release Strategy.
  • Experience with SRM/ARIBA, SAP BTP, iRPA/OpenText/Vendor Invoice Automation.
  • Strong GRC, SOD compliance knowledge in Procurement.
  • Lead SAP LE, Warehouse Management & Logistics Execution, including RFID/barcode integration, freight, and transport management.
  • Involved in SAP testing (manual/automated), troubleshooting, user training, month-end support.
  • Support analytics teams on procurement dashboards (Power BI/Qlik/Tableau/SAC).
  • Lead data validation, master data, FS/BRD preparation, system integration, and project documentation.
  • Engage in SAP implementation projects and cutover planning.
  • Coordinate with business users, SI partners, auditors, and external vendors.
  • Manage internal/external audits, ALM/CHARM, and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Required Skills:

  • Deep expertise in SAP MM/WM (ECC and S/4HANA).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP integration modules (PP, QM, PM, SD, FICO).
  • Experience in in-plant vehicle movement, weighbridge automation, logistics tracking integrations.
  • SAP implementation (2+ full cycles; at least one in S/4HANA).
  • Experience with SRM/ARIBA, SAP Analytics tools, and third-party logistics systems.
