Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our eCommerce product development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) and/or Salesforce Lightning development, along with a proven track record of working as a senior development resource within offshore product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze) and Salesforce Lightning applications.
- Develop using Service based components, Sale based components, Triggers, Third Party Integration.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide recommendations aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Support and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and product delivery activities.
- Take ownership of assigned features and deliverables from design through deployment.
- In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules and Triggers, etc.
- Experience in salesforce Lightning components, Aura framework, LWC preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (CloudCraze/B2B Commerce) and/or Salesforce Lightning development.
- Experience working as a Senior Developer within offshore eCommerce product teams.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools, particularly Gearset.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, and automated deployments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or B2B Commerce certifications.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
