Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team for a 3-month contract focused on sales-specific initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role will be to integrate Salesforce with Gong to effectively capture and track sales activity details. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and experience with Gong integration is a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with Gong to ensure seamless tracking of sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the integrity of the integration.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.
• Document technical specifications and integration processes.
• Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Gong integration and functionality.
• Familiarity with sales processes and CRM best practices.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and other sales-related tools.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
• Proven track record of successful Salesforce projects, particularly in sales environments.
