3-5+ years of experience in data science, or advanced analytics, preferably within Salesforce ecosystem
Experience with predictive modeling, scoring, and decision engines
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, or CRM Analytics
Ability to translate business problems into data-driven decision logic
Experience in regulated industries preferred (pharma/life sciences)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
