Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce consulting, enabling them to build scalable solutions, customize Salesforce platforms, and integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM applications tailored to meet business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce platforms to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Integrate Salesforce with various enterprise applications to streamline processes and data flow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features to continuously improve solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience as a Salesforce consultant.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security features.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce.
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript) is a plus.
Qualifications
