Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce developer 8+ years of experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI, and LWC, Copado and flows. Should have worked on end to end Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to designing solution and execution and delivery
Primary (Must have skills)
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in end to end Salesforce development & solution design with understanding of Salesforce Architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- 3+ years of experience as Salesforce Technical Lead / Module Lead, managing developers and admins
- 3+ Years of experience in Agile, JIRA
- 5+ years expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modelling, Copado and design best practices

What You'll Do/ Job Description of Role
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning UI, and LWC, and flows, Salesforce APIs and integrations.
- Design, and develop advanced customisation across Salesforce platforms
- Lead technical planning, solution design, and requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects. Proven experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
- Understand and utilise Salesforce strategies the technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce
- Lead and take ownership in the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects
- Design and implement cloud-based business solutions on Salesforce.com for Life Sciences, Commercial IT, and related enterprise use cases
- Knowledge of data modelling and database design principles.
- Experience with Salesforce security model, compliance standards, and access control mechanisms
