Job Title: Senior UiPath Developer / RPA Lead

Experience: 810 Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UiPath Developer / RPA Lead to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UiPath development, solution design, and delivery, combined with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and ADO (Azure DevOps) task management.

This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.
  • Create and review solution design documents (SDDs), PDDs, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure reusability, scalability, and maintainability of automation solutions.
• Delivery & Process Compliance
  • Own end-to-end RPA delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Work closely with business, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow and enforce best practices for code versioning, peer review, and documentation.
• ADO Task & Workflow Management
  • Manage development tasks, bugs, and work items in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Provide daily updates and progress tracking via ADO boards.
• Mentoring & Governance
  • Mentor junior developers and guide them on UiPath best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development governance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest automation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and customer calls.
  • Provide regular status reports and highlight risks or blockers proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  • 6+ years of hands-on UiPath experience (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, AI Center, Document Understanding & Test Manager).
  • Strong proficiency in VB.NET/C#/Python for custom activity development.
  • Expertise in designing attended, unattended, and hybrid automations.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, SQL, and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Process & Tools:
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for task tracking, code repository (Git), and release management.
  • Familiarity with quality gates, peer review processes, and automated testing.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Leadership ability to guide a small team of developers.
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD).
  • UI Path agentic certification is a plus.
