MODULE LEAD - Python-Langchain

Candidate should have Minimum of 5 to 7 years of strong hands on experience in coding on all of the following tech stack
    a. Python scripting
    b. LangChain and LangGraph
    c. MCP Framework
    d. Strong experience on one of the UX areas like ReactJS  with Type script/Javascript knowledge.
    
Should have worked on live projects which involved building Human interfacing intelligent Conversational Agents , Decisioning agents and building Omni channel chat interfaces such as WhatsApp and Mobile Skins for conversational agents

Strong LLM foundational knowledge around RAG based systems, Building products with LLM switching preferred.

Should have a product driven mindset to building solutions.

Should have knowledge on wrapping AI agents as a packaged solution and experience of making such deployments on customer environments

Knowledge around Agentic Workflows, Agents on the fly (short lived agents)

Certified Professionals preferred.

Should have strong UI UX skills to build business applications around quickly.
