Oracle OBIEE Developer (4-8 Years)

Role Summary

Responsible for developing and enhancing compliance dashboards, KPI reporting, analytics, and executive reporting solutions using Oracle OBIEE/OAS for the MyCompliance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OBIEE/OAS reports and dashboards.
• Build RPD semantic models and subject areas.
• Design KPI dashboards, scorecards, and compliance analytics.
• Create drill-down, trend analysis, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Optimize report performance and data extraction processes.
• Work with business teams to define reporting requirements.
• Support UAT, validation, and production releases.
  
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Oracle OBIEE/OAS 6.4 development experience.
• Strong experience with RPD development and repository modeling.
• Excellent SQL and Oracle database knowledge.
• Experience developing complex dashboards and analytical reports.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with report performance tuning.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, or Regulatory Compliance experience.
• Exposure to Oracle APEX 19 and Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Experience with audit-ready reporting and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
• Familiarity with GxP and FDA compliance requirements.
