Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend Associate (Full Stack Developer) with strong expertise in backend development and API design, along with working knowledge of modern frontend technologies like React.js. The role focuses on building robust, scalable backend services and APIs, while also contributing to frontend integration and user experience.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, with a strong emphasis on backend architecture, data handling, and system performance, while collaborating closely with frontend, UX, and product teams.

Experience
5 to 8 years

ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs and backend servicesDefine and implement backend architecture, data models, and service layersHandle complex business logic, integrations, and data processing workflowsOptimize API performance, scalability, and reliabilityCollaborate with frontend teams to ensure smooth API consumption (React-based UI)Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and performance tuning (SQL Server/Postgres)Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.)Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with application security standardsParticipate in code reviews and enforce backend best practicesSupport UI development where needed (React.js integration layer)Mentor junior developers across backend and full-stack areas

 

Skills & Qualifications5 to 8 years of experience in backend or full-stack developmentStrong expertise in backend technologies (.NET Core )Deep understanding of REST API design, microservices, and service-oriented architectureStrong experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL (DDL, DML, complex queries, optimization)Experience with API security (OAuth, JWT, role-based access)Good understanding of asynchronous processing, caching, and performance tuningWorking knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (not primary focus)Familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI/Postman)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)Strong problem-solving and system design skills

 

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Knowledge of event-driven architectures or message queuesExperience with AI/ML integration or intelligent APIs
