MuleSoft Integration Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Integration Project Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise integration, particularly with MuleSoft, and will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating interface specifications, and ensuring the quality of integration solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate customer needs into effective business solutions while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from customers to define integration needs and objectives.
- Create comprehensive Interface Specification Documents, including interface mapping and API security specifications.
- Translate customer enterprise integration requirements into actionable business solutions.
- Scope, plan, and deliver engaging product presentations to stakeholders.
- Conduct audits on customer enterprise systems to ensure compliance and performance standards.
- Design, develop, support, maintain, and implement large-scale, operational, and fault-tolerant MuleSoft integration solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of interfaces across various environments, ensuring seamless integration.
- Manage source code and implement CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience with MuleSoft integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of Oauth 2.0 and interface mapping.
- Experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based integration solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise system auditing processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically in integration projects.
- Relevant certifications in MuleSoft or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
