Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Module Lead to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java and will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software development methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications using Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by conducting code reviews and implementing best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing input on timelines and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in database management and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java or software development methodologies are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage software development projects effectively.
