Module Lead - Lighting & Trims

-Design and develop automotive lighting systems for current and upcoming TML projects ensuring right quality, optimum cost, and on-time delivery.

-Lead product design and development of headlamps, tail lamps, DRL/fog lamps, moulds, tools, jigs, and fixtures.

-Utilize CATIA V5 and PLM systems for design, development, and project management.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of lighting systems into vehicle modules.

-Mentor and guide team members to enhance technical skills and project delivery.

-Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality to meet project objectives.
