MODULE LEAD - LEAD

• 5 to 8 Years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, and React/Next.js.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka and Pub/Sub.
• Contribute to front-end development using React or Next.js when required.
• Ensure efficient database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
• Collaborate with architects and principal engineers on system design and architecture.
• Mentor software engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet architectural and business requirements.
