Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular 10.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure code quality and best practices through regular code reviews and technical guidance.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall design of the application modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the development process.
Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose improvements and innovations.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in developing applications using C#.
Proficiency in using .NET Core for building scalable applications.
Experience in developing responsive and dynamic front-end applications using Angular 10.
Solid understanding of styling and layout techniques using CSS and HTML5.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in software development.
Proven experience in leading a team or project preferred.
