Azure Integration & Monitoring Engineer (Celigo Integrator.io)

Job Summary: We are seeking an Azure Integration & Monitoring Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing critical integration workflows, primarily focusing on SFTP-based processes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of operational support and integration development skills, with a strong emphasis on building automated, scalable monitoring solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor & Support Integrations: Perform day-to-day monitoring of integration workflows across Azure services, manage SFTP-based file integrations, troubleshoot failures, reprocess messages, and resolve issues promptly.
- Build Monitoring & Alerting Solutions: Design and implement automated monitoring and alerting using Azure tools, work with Log Analytics and KQL to create actionable insights, and utilize Application Insights to track performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Develop Integrations with Celigo: Design and implement end-to-end integrations using Celigo Integrator.io, work with APIs, flat files, and third-party systems, handle data mapping, transformation, and validation, and implement robust error handling and retry mechanisms.
- Drive Improvements: Identify gaps in current processes and suggest enhancements, automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency, and contribute to building scalable and resilient integration architecture.
- Documentation & Planning: Create clear design documents and implementation plans, maintain documentation for integrations, monitoring setups, and workflows.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Celigo (Integrator.io)
- Experience with Azure monitoring and alerting tools
- Good working knowledge of Log Analytics and KQL
- Application Insights familiarity
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (API, SFTP, batch processing)
- Experience in data mapping, transformation, and error handling
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps
- Experience with Azure Storage, Service Bus, and Key Vault
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in integration and monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
