Leadership / Team Management Responsibility:
. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
. Support transformation initiatives focused on process automation and efficiency
. Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams for issue resolution and enhancements
. Contribute to process standardization and knowledge management

Essential Experience:
. Strong experience in ERP LN application support and business process understanding
. Expertise in ERP LN modules such as:
o Manufacturing
o Logistics
o Procurement
o Warehouse Management
o Order Management
o Finance (Major understanding)
. Experience in:
o Incident management
o Service requests
o Problem management
o Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
o Change management support
. Hands-on experience in:
o ERP LN configurations
o Functional troubleshooting
o User support and issue resolution
. Good understanding of:
o Must have Finance functional process knowledge and understand financial accounting entries.
o Must have good hands-on knowledge and presently working on Infor LN/ BaaN ERP
o Must have good knowledge of all Finance Modules ACP, ACR, GLD, FAM and CMG etc. including Mapping Scheme & Integration transactions.
o Interfaces
o Web services
o Third-party integrations
. Experience supporting ERP applications in:
o Automotive industry
o Manufacturing / Discrete Manufacturing environments
. Ability to:
o Analyze business requirements
o Translate requirements into functional solutions
o Coordinate with technical teams for implementation and fixes
. Exposure to:
o ServiceNow
o SAP integration
o Reporting tools
o Automation initiatives
. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant ERP LN functional/support experience
