RESPONSIBILITIES

• A seasoned tech lead with extensive experience in PHP based coding with MySQL, with exposure towards platforms such as Magento, Joomla, Drupal and WP.
• Strong SQL skills are essential.
• Should have experience in leading a team of Developers.
• Should have experience undertaking R&D initiatives.
• Should have experience in international clients on various projects.
• Project Management.
• Product enhancements.
• Requirements analysis.
• Actively participating in database structure development.
• Developing PHP backend code for pre created site storyboards in HTML.
• Coordinating with the QA team to resolve bugs.
• Active participation in R & D.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Minimum experience of 3 years.
• Leading a team & Effectively Coordinating with Team Members.
• Good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management.
• High-level problem-solving abilities and logical analysis skills.
• Strong debugging skills, ability to quickly read and modify the existing code.
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, ZEND framework Javascript, AJAX & XML.
• Strong knowledge in CMS like Magento, Joomla, & WordPress, etc.
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
