MODULE LEAD - Business Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify compliance requirements and gaps within the investment banking domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to compliance processes.
• Analyze the trade life cycle to ensure all compliance aspects are addressed and documented.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to implement compliance solutions and enhancements.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on compliance-related processes and tools.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing compliance frameworks.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business units regarding compliance issues and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the investment banking domain.
• In-depth understanding of the trade life cycle.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with compliance tools and software.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards in the financial services industry.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
