WE'RE HIRING | FACTORY PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Factory Production Manager for our modular furniture manufacturing facility in Bengaluru.

Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Modular Furniture Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end factory production management

• Production planning & scheduling

• Material sourcing & procurement

• Manpower & machine allocation

• Material planning & wastage control

• Ensure production targets and committed delivery timelines

• Coordinate with design, project and dispatch teams

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Strong experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes & furniture manufacturing

• Knowledge of CNC, cutting, edge banding, drilling & assembly processes

• Understanding of BOQs, production drawings & cutting lists

• Strong team management and problem-solving skills
