Level : L55 – Lead Cloud Integrated Infrastructure Engineer II
As an experienced Architect at Deloitte Consulting, you will lead enterprise-scale migration programs spanning Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server and desktop environments, user data, and end-user devices. You will serve as the technical authority for various migration platforms and identity infrastructure, drive migration program strategy and governance, mentor junior team members, and own quality reviews to ensure consistent outcomes across client engagements.

We integrate advanced connectivity with AI infrastructure and enterprise networks to boost operational efficiency and enable real-time data processing. Additionally, we provide comprehensive management of all facets of operations for hybrid cloud infrastructure and field operations.

Work you'll do
As a Lead Cloud Integrated Infrastructure Engineer II on the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading pre-migration assessments, remediation planning, and readiness activities across source and target environments, including users, mailboxes, data, devices, and identity infrastructure
- Managing migration programs, wave plans, cutover runbooks, and tooling strategy for tenant-to-tenant and hybrid migration scenarios using platforms such as BitTitan, Quest, and ShareGate
- Architecting and implementing hybrid identity and directory migration solutions across Active Directory Domain Services and Microsoft Entra ID, including coexistence, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection
- Leading enterprise data, server, and end-user device migrations, including Windows device provisioning, modern management, file server migrations, and collaboration platform migrations across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Driving automation, solution design, and client delivery quality through PowerShell scripting, cloud infrastructure support, and development of client-ready deliverables and future-state technology strategies

Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of consulting, systems integration, or industry experience in enterprise technology programs
- 8+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing enterprise migration projects across Microsoft 365, data, devices, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID
- 8+ years of experience delivering Modern Workspace solutions across Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, including administration, collaboration, migrations, and end-user enablement
- Experience with migration platforms, including BitTitan, Quest, and ShareGate
- Experience with Active Directory Domain Services, including domain design, forest and domain trusts, Group Policy Objects, organizational unit structure, replication, and Active Directory-integrated Domain Name System and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including hybrid identity architecture using Microsoft Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management, app registrations, and Active Directory-to-Entra ID migration patterns
- B.E., B. Tech, M.C.A., or M.Sc. (Computer Science) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for migration preparation, migration configuration, status extraction, and post-migration administration
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
- Experience with networking
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools
- Experience with end-to-end infrastructure environments
- Experience with process improvement, business analysis, or change management
