Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management
- Develop and manage relationships with modern trade buyers and category managers
- Negotiate annual trading terms, JBPs (Joint Business Plans), and promotional calendars
- Drive listing of new SKUs and expansion of product assortment
- Ensure timely execution of contracts and commercial agreements
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance
- Analyze market trends, competition, and shopper behavior
- Drive profitable growth while managing trade spends effectively
3.Trade Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, activations, and visibility drives
- Coordinate with marketing for POSM and campaign rollouts
- Track ROI of promotions and optimize future investments
4.Distribution & Supply Chain Coordination
- Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain teams
- Ensure optimal stock availability and reduce out-of-stock instances
- Monitor inventory health across key accounts
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly sales reports, business reviews, and performance dashboards
- Conduct periodic business reviews with accounts
- Use data insights to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 48 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Experience handling large retail chains
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or sales automation tools
