Role Description

We are seeking a Modern Trade Manager specializing in FMCG and Mobile Accessories for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing modern trade channel operations, building relationships with key accounts, overseeing sales performance, and developing strategies to expand market presence. Responsibilities also include negotiating terms with partners, ensuring product availability, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in modern trade management, channel sales, and account management
• Strong understanding of FMCG and mobile accessories market dynamics
• Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends
• Proven negotiation, relationship management, and networking skills
• Proficiency in designing and implementing effective sales and promotional campaigns
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in modern trade or retail channel operations
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
