Job Description
- Achieve Branch Sell-In Targets:
Deliver the branch-level Sell-In targets as per the defined Annual Business Plan (ABP) by effectively managing local accounts and modern trade stores.
- Branch Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning:
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and timely indenting to maintain optimum inventory levels and smooth supply chain operations at the branch.
- Store Execution & Compliance:
Ensure flawless in-store execution planogram adherence, visibility drives, merchandising, and compliance with central agreements.
- Team Management & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Lead and develop the branch MT team (Key Account Executives, Promoters), and coordinate with logistics, finance, and central buying teams for smooth operations.
- Local Negotiation & Space Management:
Support local negotiations with store managers for additional displays, secondary placements, and on-ground activations to maximize share of shelf.
- Account Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with store-level buyers, floor managers, and distributor partners to resolve operational issues swiftly.
- Receivables & Claims Handling:
Monitor and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues, resolve claims, damages, and settlement issues in coordination with the finance team.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Track competitor activities, promotions, and local market trends to provide actionable insights to the regional manager and the central MT team.
- Sales Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
Regularly analyze branch sales performance, share MIS reports, and drive corrective actions to close gaps and capture new growth opportunities
