Skills Required: Medallion Architecture , Teradata Architecture, ERWIN
- 10+ years of experience in dimensional modelling using a top-down & hybrid approach
- Expertise in implementing access/presentation layers in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong hands-on experience applying advanced design patterns and techniques
- Proven success delivering large-scale, greenfield projects
- Deep understanding of the Insurance domain
- Skilled in requirement analysis, translating business needs into dimensional models
- Focus on optimization, data quality, and governance
- Lead a team of modelers to deliver dimensional models & end-to-end BI solutions for an enterprise
- Organized, results-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate & manage client, engineers, architects, PM and other stakeholders in a project
- Support PM in project planning
- Willing to travel to the client site in Mumbai
- Can-do attitude with minimal behavioural issues
- Proficient in medallion architecture
- Skilled at tracing data flow from silver (3NF) to the Gold layer (dimensional)
- Experienced in designing efficient data mappings and integrating business rules
