Work Shift: Day Shift

Work days: 5 days (Sat and Sun is off)

We are looking for a highly skilled Modelers / Checkerswith strong experience in structural steel, ASICandTekla Structures. The ideal candidate has a solid background working oncommercial, industrial, and residential building projects.

Modeler Role Overview:(miscellaneous steel and main steel)

Responsible for Modeling main structural steel elements in Tekla under guidance of the Main Steel Lead. Ensure accuracy and adherence to ASIC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and maintain accurate main steel models according to drawings.

* Ensure fabrication drawings and model outputs meet ASIC standards.

* Coordinate with Senior Lead for task assignments and progress tracking.

* Assist junior modelers in resolving modeling challenges.

* Identify discrepancies and suggest improvements to reduce errors.

Checker Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive checking ofstructural steel models, drawings, and connection detailswith a high level of accuracy.
• Review and verifyall components of the Tekla model, including assemblies, connections, piece marks, material specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance withindustry standards, project specifications, building codes, and fabrication requirements.
• Coordinate with detailers, modelers, project managers, and engineers to resolve any discrepancies and improve model quality.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and constructability issues, and provide clear corrective guidance.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout project milestones to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in developing and refining checking procedures and best practices.
• Mentor junior checkers and detailers when needed.
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of detailing and model development.
• Must performpoint-to-point checking.
• Coordinate with detailers, modelers, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues.
