About the Role

We are hiring a Model Development & Monitoring Analyst – SAS/Python

• Locations: Bangalore/Gurgaon /Noida
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Experience: 4-6 years
• Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Profile Preference:

Looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in SQL, SAS and Python, with the ability to write clean, maintainable and well-documented code. Experience in Fraud/Financial Crime model development or validation is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in SAS and Python.
• Good to have experience with Fraud models and Financial Crime experience.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Model Risk Management and the different aspects of MRM – development, validation, implementation, monitoring, governance, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Must haves –

1. SAS, SQL and basic python knowledge.
2. Experience with data management, data cleaning, preparation of modeling datasets.
3. Ongoing Model Monitoring experience.
4. Basic Stats.

Good to have – Fraud model development/validation experience with exposure to vendor models like VISA, Actimize, LexisNexis, etc.

Experience – 4-6 years in the above domain.

Number of resources – 2-3.
