Experience: 3–5 years in MODA Support

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide L4 operational support for the MODA application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MODA application issues.
• Support instrument configuration file updates.
• Assist with server installations and related technical activities.
• Apply strong technical and functional knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on MODA Support experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of MODA applications.
• Good functional understanding of MODA.
• Experience in L4 production/operational support.
• Troubleshooting and incident resolution expertise.
• Exposure to configuration files and server installations is preferred.
