The Mobilizer will be responsible for driving student enrollments through structured community outreach and engagement activities in and around Rohini, Delhi. The role involves identifying potential candidates, counseling them on available skill development programs, and guiding them through the admission process. The position requires strong communication skills, field presence, and a target-oriented mindset.

• Conduct field visits in Rohini and nearby areas to identify prospective students.
• Promote skill development programs through community outreach, awareness drives, and local campaigns.
• Counsel students and parents regarding course offerings, career prospects, and placement opportunities.
• Manage the complete admission lifecycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, and enrollment closure.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with local influencers, community leaders, schools, and institutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, daily activities, and conversion metrics.
• Achieve assigned monthly enrollment targets.
• Represent the institution professionally in community interactions and promotional events.

• Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Experience in community mobilization, field sales, education counseling, or outreach roles preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills and field readiness may also apply

Salary ranges between 12,000 and 25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance. Performance-based incentives may be applicable as per company policy.
