Role: Global Mobility / International Mobility Specialist
Experience: 2 to 3+ years

About the Role
The selected candidate will support international mobility operations, including inbound and outbound assignments, immigration coordination, mobility documentation, payroll inputs, tax and social security compliance, stakeholder coordination, and mobility process governance.
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in managing global mobility processes in a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage India inbound and outbound assignee deployment processes end to end
- Coordinate with Global Mobility teams, HR teams, Finance, Tax, and other stakeholders
- Support assignment payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Coordinate immigration, visa, work permit, tax, social security, and labour law compliance requirements
- Maintain mobility trackers, reports, documentation, and audit-ready records
- Prepare and review global mobility documentation, including assignment letters, payroll instructions, visa/work permit documents, tax withholding inputs, and related templates
- Support mobility policy reviews, knowledge management documents, communications, and process improvements
- Work with internal and external vendor partners to ensure quality service delivery
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help strengthen mobility governance
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in Global Mobility / International Mobility / Immigration / Expat Payroll / Mobility Tax / Compensation & Benefits administration
- MBA HR preferred
- Hands-on experience in assignment payroll and tax-related requirements
- Good understanding of immigration, tax, social security, and labour law compliance from a mobility perspective
- Experience in global mobility documentation preparation and review
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Trivandrum or Pune
Good to Have
- Certification in Global Mobility, such as GMS
- Experience managing mobility into Europe or Asia-Pacific regions
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with regional HR, client teams, assignees, and supplier/vendor partners
