Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Mobiliser located in Bengaluru. The Mobiliser will be responsible for engaging with community members, coordinating with local leaders, conducting outreach programs, and facilitating access to resources and services. The Mobiliser will also gather data, report on community needs and progress, and collaborate with other team members to implement and monitor various initiatives.
Qualifications
- Background in community outreach, social work, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and build relationships with diverse community members
- Proficiency in data collection and reporting
- Experience in project coordination and implementation
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of local languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field preferred
