This is a full-time, on-site Mobiliser role based in Patna. The Mobiliser will be responsible for ensuring awareness and participation in skills training programs by engaging with target communities through outreach initiatives. Daily tasks include organizing and conducting mobilization drives, disseminating information about training opportunities, addressing the concerns of beneficiaries, and collaborating with local authorities and partners to expand outreach. The Mobiliser will also track and document outcomes of mobilization efforts while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Experience in community engagement, mobilization strategy, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal relation-building skills and the ability to work with diverse groups effectively.
• Proficiency in planning and coordinating grassroots-level campaigns and initiatives.
• Organizational and documentation skills for tracking outreach activities and reporting progress.
• Knowledge of the local geography and languages in Patna and neighboring areas is a strong advantage.
• Commitment to social development and belief in the value of vocational training and skills development.
• Experience in working in economically disadvantaged or marginalized communities is a plus.
