MOBILEX Platform System Analyst (f/m/x)

Join a global IT team responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise mobility solutions based on the MobileX platform. As a MobileX Technical & Functional Consultant, you will combine technical expertise, system administration, business analysis, and integration support to ensure seamless operation of mobile applications across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, ERP teams, and project teams to deliver high-quality mobility solutions, process improvements, and system enhancements in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Monitoring MobileX application performance and resolving incidents while ensuring SLA compliance
• Gathering business requirements and configuring MobileX solutions to support operational processes
• Analyzing business workflows and recommending process optimization opportunities
• Supporting integrations between MobileX and ERP systems, ensuring accurate data synchronization
• Troubleshooting API, middleware, REST, JSON, and XML-related issues across connected platforms
• Coordinating testing, deployment, and release management activities for MobileX enhancements
• Maintaining functional and technical documentation for applications, integrations, and processes
• Providing user support, training, and guidance to improve platform adoption and effectiveness
• Supporting new implementations, upgrades, and rollout activities across business units
• Collaborating with global stakeholders, project teams, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a MobileX Technical & Functional Consultant or similar enterprise mobility role
• Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing MobileX solutions
• Strong knowledge of MobileX platform administration, configuration, and mobile application lifecycle management
• Previous work with Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts and enterprise mobility solutions
• Integration experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and release management
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work with international stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a global environment
