Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile QA Lead to own and drive quality across mobile applications. The role requires a strong mix of hands-on mobile testing (functional + automation), technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile products on iOS and Android platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
710+ years of overall QA experience, with 3+ years in a Mobile QA Lead or Senior QA role
Strong understanding of mobile QA fundamentals, test strategy, and quality processes
Proven experience in mobile test automation framework design and implementation
Hands-on experience with C# for automation development
Strong experience with Appium for cross-platform mobile automation
Hands-on experience with Android UI Automator and iOS XCUITest
Experience testing mobile applications in CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, release cycles, and app store workflows
Experience working with source control management, coding standards, code reviews, and build/release processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Job responsibilities
Own and drive the overall quality strategy for iOS and Android mobile applications
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile automation frameworks
Perform and guide functional, regression, and automation testing across mobile platforms
Review and approve test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and execution reports
Ensure high-quality test documentation including test strategies, plans, and reports
Establish and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and review processes
Integrate mobile automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams
Support release planning, prioritization, and risk assessment for mobile deliverables
Mentor and guide Mobile QA engineers, driving technical growth and quality ownership
Track and report quality metrics, defects, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders
