Mobile Game Producers

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Game Designers to finalize the Game Design Document (GDD) for each release and ensure timely shipping.
• Work with the Delivery Head to create clear project plans, ensuring engineers, testers, artists, analysts, and marketing teams understand tasks and timelines.
• Provide stakeholders with all necessary data:
• Game Design Documents for engineers
• Style Guides for artists
• Information for marketing teams, etc.
• Play competitor games, benchmark our games, and suggest improvements or enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans.
• Conduct daily meetings on each game being produced.
• Report issues or blockers to Product Managers and relevant Heads of Departments.
• Coordinate with the Delivery Head to ensure all resource requirements are met.

Who You Could Be Background and Experience

• Deep passion for mobile games.
• Experience producing at least 10 mobile games in the recent past.
• Background in game engineering or game design preferred.
• Strong project planning skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver projects on time consistently.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma in Game Designing or any other equivalent educational background.
