About Us

Easewin Gaming is an indie game studio building horror games for mobile and PC. Our published titles have crossed 10,000+ downloads, and we're now focused on scaling our games globally through profitable user acquisition and organic growth.

We're looking for a Mobile Game Marketing Specialist with proven experience in scaling mobile games through performance marketing, ASO, and growth strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google App Campaigns (UAC), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other UA channels.
  • Scale games profitably using ROAS, tCPA, and value-based bidding strategies.
  • Improve organic installs through ASO and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze CPI, ROAS, ARPU, LTV, retention, and monetization metrics.
  • Create UA testing plans for different countries and audiences.
  • Work closely with the product team to improve retention and monetization.
  • Develop influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve store conversion rates and player acquisition.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile game marketing or user acquisition.
  • Must have previously scaled at least one mobile game with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google App Campaigns
  • Meta Ads
  • Firebase
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Play Console
  • App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • CPI
  • ROAS
  • LTV
  • ARPU
  • Retention
  • Cohort analysis
  • Attribution
  • Experience with ad monetization is a strong plus (AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity LevelPlay, IronSource, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing horror, casual, or hyper-casual mobile games.
  • Experience launching games globally.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator outreach.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing for creatives, store listings, and onboarding.
  • Experience with live ops, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who doesn't just run ads—they understand how to grow a game.

You should be able to answer questions like:

  • How do you scale a game from 10,000 to 1 million installs
  • How do you make a Google tROAS campaign profitable
  • How do you improve Day 7 retention through marketing insights
  • How do you increase LTV while maintaining a healthy CPI

If these are problems you've solved before, we'd love to talk.

Bonus Points

  • Successfully managed monthly UA budgets of ₹5 lakh+ (or equivalent).
  • Experience with Steam marketing in addition to mobile.
  • Network of gaming creators and influencers.
  • Experience with AI tools for creative production and campaign optimization.
