Xuman.AI is a social app where people post content about what they are open to sharing and experiencing. Someone can discover them by scrolling, and if it resonates and vibes with them, they can connect instantly.

On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into one system.

Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.

The founder's vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections.

Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and live on both app stores. We are past the building phase and into distribution: getting it in front of real users and turning it into a repeatable business.

Why this role matters:

Building an app from zero is experience you can find at almost any company. So is maintaining one that has already scaled. The stage in between is rare: an app live on both stores, meeting real users, where fast, focused iteration decides what someone feels the first time they open it on their phone. Xuman.AI is in that stage now, and this role owns that first experience on iOS and Android, from the install to the tap that books.

What you'll own:

- The app on iOS and Android for your side of the product, end to end

- Push, deep links, permissions and location, and the quality of each

- The release to both stores: builds, review, rollout, and the fixes in between

- Performance and crash rate on the handsets real people actually carry

- The mobile experience as a whole, with the standing to argue for it

Must have:

- Two to three years across iOS and Android, shipped to both stores

- React Native in production. Ours is Expo.

- TypeScript

- App Store and Play review survived, including a rejection you fixed yourself

- Push notifications end to end: tokens, delivery, taps and the deep link after

- Permissions and location done properly, foreground and background

- Over-the-air updates and build channels. Ours is EAS.

- Native work when JavaScript is not enough: you can read Swift or Kotlin

- Crash reporting and release health as your job, not QA's

- Offline, flaky networks and low-end devices treated as normal conditions

- You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional; this is how we work.
