Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate MobileSoftware Engineer (iOS)to join our Digital Experience team and deliver innovative mobile applications that empower millions of users to invest, plan, and protect their financial futures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a SCRUM Distributed Agile environment, designing, developing, and deploying iOS applications that offer a seamless and secure user experience. This is an opportunity to influence mobile architecture, mentor junior developers, and innovate on features that directly impact our customers lives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy iOS-based applications using Xcode, Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C.
Enhance and maintain existing iPhone/iPad applications and contribute to future offerings.
Participate in ongoing design discussions and contribute to mobile application upgrades.
Provide development leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, business, and QA teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune performance for mobile applications.
Brainstorm and innovate new features with Product and Design teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders for successful mobile releases.

Years of Experience:6+ years of overall software development experience, including 4+ years focused on developing, testing, and distributing iOS applications.

IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant iOS or Agile certifications are a plus.

Skill Set Required:Must Have:

Strong programming skills in Swift and Objective-C.
Expertise in SwiftUI, UIKit, Core Animation, and Core Data.
Proficiency in Xcode, CocoaTouch, and iOS SDKs.
Strong understanding of MVVM/MVC architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of memory management and performance tuning in iOS apps.
Experience working in Agile SCRUM environments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a passion for technology and innovation.

Nice to Have:

Experience developing transactional applications (e.g., financial apps, electronic payments).
Exposure to interaction and graphic design principles.
Familiarity with mobile release processes and CI/CD pipelines.
