The Opportunity

Based in Bengaluru, we are seeking a Mobile App Developer to enhance and develop our ERM mobile application using React Native. You'll work in a small, agile team, collaborate across functions, and contribute to best practices in development, testing, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile apps for iOS and Android
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and developers to ship new features
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize app performance
• Stay updated on React Native and mobile development trends
• Contribute to technical design and process improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years experience developing mobile apps with React Native
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and React fundamentals
• Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, or Context API)
• Native mobile development experience (iOS/Android)
• Testing frameworks experience (Jest, Detox) and Git version control
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
