Mobile Automation Testing | Technical Lead

1. Candidate should have expertise in mobile native/hybrid app testing on both android and iOS platform with 5+ years of minimum experience. 2. Candidate should have extensive knowledge of mobile automation using Appium, Selenium, Java, Serenity BDD framework, etc. 3. Should understand the various aspects of Mobile App testing and Mobile Web app testing, use of simulators/emulators 4. Experience in using tools like BrowserStack or similar tool for testing 5. The tester will be working with requirements that are often ambiguous, high level, and non-technical; an essential trait is that of assertiveness in working with a number of different areas/people to ensure ambiguity of requirements are thoroughly addressed. - Native App testing - Webdriver concepts and its implementation - Knowledge on Java - Adherence to scrum rituals 6. Knowledge of XPath, CSS, DOM. 7. Should have knowledge working on mobile technologies like Flutter 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment 9. Should have extensive knowledge of SDLC. 10. Must be a problem solver capable of triaging issues. 11. Should be able to understand business requirement and technical solution and document gap analysis. 12. Knowledge of Jenkins, CICD is a plus. 13. Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills. 14. Require experience with requirement manager & test management tools like JIRA, Rally, HP ALM 15. Resource should know Jenkins and other DevOps tools 16. Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, providing technical leadership and support. 1. Java, XPath, CSS, DOM, Rest API, XCode, SDLC, SQL. 2. The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive. 3. The individual will work closely with developers, test engineers, project manager, Testing Head, client and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing automated test iterations, tracking & reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating the bug fixes. 4. The individual should have a strong understanding of agile processes and the related QA lifecycle and automation methodology 5. Should be able to work independently 1. Measure level of effort during sprint planning, work with engineers and product team to commit to team delivery of sprint deliverables, 2. Validate acceptance criteria, help define acceptance criteria with product, write test cases, manage test suites, create and execute a test plan, update test cases on requirement updates, regression testing, exploratory testing, and work for the general performance, security, and maintainability of the mobile app (iOS & Android). 3. - Deliver highly detailed reproduction steps to developers for defects. 4. - Develop test automation frameworks using industry standard tools like Selenium Appium/Perfecto. 5. - Apply mobile design and user experience principals 6. - Performing technical work requiring application of basic Software Testing & Quality Assurance methodologies 7. - Responsible for comprehensive mobile app testing and coordinate closely with development teams and release planning 8. Should be able to resolve technical challenges faced in the project or try 9. Proactively learn healthcare standards, workflows and technologies 10. Interact with client with day to day basis to understand requirements and testing 11. Able to articulate well and share status updates with Leads/Client Managers
